The problem today
Evaluator variance
Different evaluators read the same answer differently, and the variance shows up in re-evaluation requests.
Tight result timelines
Results are promised by a date; evaluation capacity is fixed.
Audit trail
When a mark is challenged you need to show what was read, which criteria applied and who changed what.
How it fits your workflow
- 1.
Rubric per question
Your marking scheme becomes criteria that add up to each question's marks.
- 2.
AI first evaluation
Each script is read, located question by question, and marked in half-mark steps against the criteria.
- 3.
Human review
Evaluators see the extracted answer, the AI's marks and reasons, and change marks where they disagree. Their edits are recorded and never overwritten.
- 4.
Release
Results are released only when your team says so.
What changes
- Identical criteria applied to every script
- Per-question record: what was read, the marks, the reasons, who edited
- Unreadable scripts routed back, not guessed
- Per-page pricing that scales with volume
Worked example
10,000 candidates, 12-page scripts
10,000 copies × 12 pages × ₹1

$1,200.00 outside India · excl. GST · failed copies free
Work out your ownFrequently asked questions
Can Evalezy handle our volume?+
Current shared capacity checks about 100 copies in 2 to 3 hours. For large-scale exams we plan capacity with you before the exam window; talk to us with your script count and dates.
Do you replace human evaluators?+
No. Evalezy does the first evaluation and annotates the script; your evaluators review and own the final mark. Nothing is released without a person pressing release.
Is there an API?+
Yes. Large-scale users usually integrate through the evaluation API: send scripts by URL, receive marks, reasons and the annotated PDF. See the API page.
